I specialise in Anxiety and related difficulties such as Loss, Identity, Depression, Trauma, and Personal Growth.
Anxiety can manifest in many different ways; as worry, phobias, or overwhelm. You may notice it in your body, physical sensations like breathlessness, a racing heart or nausea. It can also be hidden by other challenges such as depression, loss or anger.
