Feel better with bespoke therapy tailored to your needs. I aim to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts. I offer tools alongside therapy to help you overcome your difficulties. 

I specialise in (but not limited to) anxiety and all things related, such as low mood, trauma, identity, and loss. Often anxiety can present as worry, stress or overwhelm, but sometimes it’s hidden behind other challenges like low mood or anger.

I provide a genuine, non-judgmental safe space for you to heal. I offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, and counselling, tailored to suit your needs, including guided self-help options. Additionally, as a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, I offer bespoke 1-1 yoga sessions that complement your therapy, providing you with my toolkit for a better state of well-being.
