Hi I'm Ronda

I believe authenticity is important, so let me tell you a little about who I am. 

In addition to my passion for yoga I love to travel, I enjoy art and ridiculously good wine. I feel most at home by the sea. I am a wife and mum of three amazing humans. 

My experience spans a decade of as a psychotherapist and counsellor, and have developed a deep understanding of anxiety-related issues. My interest in this field has led me to study further at The University of Oxford. I have also gained my Yoga teaching qualification and offer trauma informed yoga to empower the mind and body.

I specialise in anxiety and all things related including loss, identity, personal growth, depression, trauma.
