This day is for you if you would like to improve your wellbeing, release stress and tension, learn how to rest and relax the mind and body. You will experience how to restore balance and achieve maximum relaxation. No Yoga experience necessary, options are given for different levels of experience. My retreats are for all bodies and I welcome all
Where is it?
Woodborough Hall is steeped in fascinating history and is surrounded by the most enchanting of gardens, the country house is a Grade II* Listed Hall and the perfect venue just 20 minutes from Nottingham city. The Hall combines classic country charm with exquisite cuisine. The retreat will be held in the Orangery, which is just beautiful with sky lights to allow for natural light, perfect for supporting peace and restoration.

My offering
As a psychotherapist and trauma informed yoga teacher I am so pleased to be able to share this relaxation day with you. I hope to empower you with knowledge to bring peace to the mind and body and give you the tools to sooth your stress system, manage anxiety an learn to let go of tension.
In addition to a beautiful gentle yoga flow to start the day which taps into our vagal nerve (secret weapon). The masterclass will introduce you to the mid and body connection, understanding how our thoughts can influence our body reactions and vice versa is the foundation to being able to manage our stress levels effectively.
We will explore Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), also known as Yogic sleep, a powerful journey around the body using breath work and imagery. This will help you to release stress, improve sleep and enhances emotional healing. You will learn a short bedtime routine, that you can use at home to improve sleep.
Breath work, meditation and mindfulness are also included in the days’ offerings. There will also be a goody bag.
